Apparently Gamestop is going to be stocking these, at least in their app store. The three pack of Discord, Rainbow Dash, and Derpy POP! tin was spotted with a June 15th release date over there. If you happen to be collecting these, I'm sure we will see them migrate elsewhere, but for now, this is the first we have seen of them.

Hasbro seems to be going all in on the SDCC panel this year. We usually don't get anywhere near the level of advertisement it's getting. A month out, and they are already teasing "super secret things" that are "awesomazing". Have the quote:

We have another massive animation project with two and a half years of work total going into it. Lullaby for a Princess has been animated in it's entirety. If you don't know what that is, you can find it over here. Needless to say, it's epic.
The trailer itself only shows a few of the animated bits. The final project covers all six and a half minutes of Lullaby. Get it down below!

Ahh nielsen ratings, you just love scaring us don't you? It looks like pony is back up to the other half of a million, with TV Media Insights reporting a climb to 594,000 viewers for last week's "Lost Treasures of Griffonstone" episode. The question is, what caused the dip previously? Does one week off really cause so many to forget a new pony episode is imminent?
I suppose we will find out when the 100th episode airs in a few weeks, though that might be skewed due to HYPE.

Alex S. was one of the biggest early fandom musicians out there. Some of his songs still play on repeat constantly if you walk through any kind of pony-oriented social gathering.
A little over a day ago, all of his pony oriented songs on his Soundcloud and Youtube channel were marked as private. Quite a few of you have been sending this in, but we haven't seen an actual reason for it.
Did he get signed on with a label that requires him to remove his potentially infringing content? It's possible. That, or many other reasons could be the cause. There haven't been any announcements on his social media pages to point at one. He could even just be tired of being associated with cartoon equines for all we know.
We fired an email off, and will post a followup if an official response arrives. Until then, there are quite a few backups out there.
