Fallout Equestria Radio Play - The Sun Can't Hide (Forever)

The Fallout Equestria Radio Play has been going along pretty steadily for awhile now and they are happy to present their next big piece from the production: a sung version of The Sun Can't Hide (Forever).

I haven't read FO:E, but according to the play this was a song sung by Sapphire Shores in the story and now it has been brought to life by the radio play crew! Check it out after the break!

BABSCon Powers Up with Charlotte Fullerton!

Silver Magnet Collection Hitting Italy

Another one of those collectable series things that we have been bombarded with over the years is heading to Italy.  Considering it is part of the Cutie Mark Magic lineup, we will probably see it migrate everywhere else afterward.  From the looks of the promo, most are the oldschool vectors we have seen for years. Heres to hoping they mix it up a bit. I wouldn't mind plastering a fridge with ponies. According to the submitter, expect to see 30 magnets in total, across two sets.

FIENDship is Magic #2—Interview with Christina Rice and Tony Fleecs

He was the first villain in the franchise, way back in 1984 when the My Little Pony Special: Rescue at Midnight Castle first aired. So it made sense to bring him back for the 30th anniversary of that show.

And what a comeback it was!

Tirek's going to be the second villain featured in FIENDship is Magic. This past weekend I was fortunate to sit down with Christina Rice and Tony Fleecs—the writer and artist for this issue respectively—and chat about what went into bringing the origin story for this very bad… centaur to life.

Some of the answers might surprise you.

Canadian Surveillance Agency Uses Pony Reference

So I guess if you're going to be collecting email from millions of Canadians you might as well make use of the latest pop culture trends? In a leaked document from Edward Snowden, operational details of the Communications Security Establishment (the Canadian NSA) were revealed detailing a program called PonyExpress that collects emails to help combat malware and cyber attacks.

Ponies are now in our governments. It is only a matter of time before we rule the world!

ABC Nightline Pony Piece

A few weeks ago Nightline contacted me to help them a little with a piece they were going to do on Bronies. As you may remember that resulted in a post for interviews on EqD some time ago and quite a few of you were skeptical.

Well, the piece aired last night and has already been uploaded to ABC News' Youtube channel for you all to check out! It was a pretty positive piece and EqD even gets a mention! Check it all out after the break and a big thanks to the Nightline team; it was a pleasure meeting the crew at PonyCon.

Possible Chrysalis in Equestria Girls 3? New Flower Pony Brushable Display Shows Her at the Top

With all of this glorious season 5 news flowing in, the third Equestria Girls movie has kinda taken a back seat! A new display has appeared with a potentially interesting edition to the lineup. While this is no guarantee that Chrysalis will appear in the next movie, she still seems to be taking some part in the overall vision of Equestria Girls.

Here's to hoping we get some Changeling love in the real world.
