I don't usually post things like this. You are all free to enjoy pony however you wish, and talk to whoever you want about it. Enough people have convinced me that a small warning would do us all some good in this case though.
A show called My Crazy Obsession is sending a reporter around looking for someone with a huge pony collection. They are visiting various forums/communities hoping to find the perfect target, dropping messages similar to this:
Hi Everybody,
My Crazy Obsession has never been about showing people in a positive light. The crazier the better. It makes good TV, we can't blame them for that! If you do own a larger than average pony collection, I would recommend avoiding it like the plague though. I might even run a "show off your pony collection" event in the near future if you want to brag.
I am casting a show for TLC about people with unique collections or obsessions. I found this forum and wanted to get in touch with anybody who has the most amazing My Little Pony collection to see if they'd be interested in sharing their story on our show. Please shoot me an email if this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of. Hope to hear from some of you!
Again, it's up to you! This was just to give you guys an idea on what exactly the show is.

Luna's royal guards edition! They sure did give her a scary entrance. I wonder if they don the bat wings and cat eyes just for Nightmare Night? I can see why everyone would think she is evil if she rolls with them on a daily basis!

With the upcoming August 7th release of The Royal Wedding Shout Factory disc, it looks like Comic Con is going to be invaded by ponies from more than just Hasbro. They sent a press release out that included a huge amount of information on their booth at the show, and buried within was a small nugget of information about our favorite pastel equines:
Come by to get your very own My Little Pony – Friendship Is Magic: Royal Pony Wedding tiara with a text-in code to get a personalized greeting from the bride & groom! My Little Pony – Friendship Is Magic: Royal Pony Wedding debuts on DVD on August 7, 2012 from Shout! Factory in collaboration with Hasbro Studios.
I'm looking forward to seeing what else the convention brings for us!

It seems like Toywiz is all over this pony thing lately! Up on their site right now are both booster packs and boxes for pre-order. With a release date of July 15th, we should be flooded with pony cards at meetups and conventions in the not so distant future!

For those wondering what exactly a "standee" was back when the full card list was released, you can find an example of it above! Rarity can be popped out and stood up, similar to those pocket ponies we used to spam every night.
This time around, we have a blurb from card-writer, Cupcakes:
Most of the cards in the set are for reading and collecting, like characters, locations, and scenes. Standees are an exception: with some strategic bending you get a pop-up standee of a pony to display wherever you want. Or have tea parties with. Or you could use them as props for home movies! Anyway, there's one for each of the Cutie Mark Crusaders dressed in their rock ballad costume, and each of the mane six in Carousel Boutique fashions.
