Ponies were officially under attack on 4chan. As the fandom expanded, the site started dealing with ponies popping up everywhere. This was becoming a trend across the internet at this point, with cartoon horses appearing on every forum on the planet, back when forums were relevant.
Eventually this would lead to them giving ponies their own board, but for now... the 4chan wars begin.
