Disney+, the next stop for Equestria Girls and Rainbow Roadtrip
    By: FirePuppy

Before I get on with this soapbox, I want to apologize about my previous ones. I admit I have been overreacting about the "no more MLP" bullshit, not knowing that Hasbro can still release new content after the final chapters of Make Your Mark. Forgive me for it all.  Anyways, here's my soapbox for today.

Last year, all the Equestria Girls movies and specials disappeared from Netflix for good, while Rainbow Roadtrip never got released there at all (although originally planned for July 29, 2019), and now they're nowhere to be found on streaming in most countries worldwide, save for the United States. It had to be done because most movies and programs that are apparently not Netflix originals can't stay there forever. Usually, it's a maximum of five years per film, which is exactly what happened to everything Equestria Girls on Netflix. In that case, the next stop for the Equestria Girls and Rainbow Roadtrip should be Disney+ in those countries. After all, most of them did air My Little Pony and Equestria Girls on Disney Channel once, but nowadays, Disney Channel doesn't even exist anymore in those places in favor of Disney+.

Besides, the Equestria Girls need a new streaming home. If Disney Channel can do this, so can Disney+. They've already acquired a lot of shows and movies in certain countries outside of the US over the years, like Peppa Pig and Spider-Man.

Hasbro Should Make MLP FIM What If . . .
    by Double C

My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is perhaps the best MLP Hasbro has ever made that lasted longer than its predecessors. It has made TV series, spinoffs, movies, and even in comics that explored its universe even if each one has no connection to the main line. But what Hasbro could do is make a What If series of comics. If you all remember, IDW did a What If story of Celestia picking Blueblood over Twilight because he is her nephew. But the girls find him horrible and with Luna reformed, without the Elements of Harmony, banished him to the moon. While it was a good story when told in a different point of view but IDW never made more.

The real reason is Marvel. . . What If showed many stories that the MCU would have happen and was praised for its animation and storytelling. Many of this can be attribute to other source materials that Marvel made and some actors and actresses from the MCS movies reprise their roles as the characters they played. The sad part is this was Chadwick Boseman last performance as T'Challa/Black Panther before his death. Existed with season 2 of what surprises they will give use but like to know if T'Challa/Black Panther especially Star Lord T'Challa will return.

So if Hasbro did what Marvel did, it would be interesting of what stories to tell. Fans have made their own that can be found on YouTube, deviantart, and FIMfiction. Seems fans also would like to see What If MLP specials like my favorite being KC Awesome Animated studio that is developing stories of Flash Sentry being in seasons 4-9. Though they are involved with the show and not the comics since Jim Miller said they are separated from each other. But they could add OCs from both the staff and fans to help with story and character development.

While IDW would do this but what would be good is if they introduce Lauren Faust alicorn OC as Hasbro’s version of Marvels The Watcher. If you all think about it, Lauren is the reason why MLP has become popular and would be a fitting for her to show the readers of each stories. If Hasbro wanted to make cartoon series, which they won’t, they would have her direct the show, write each episode, and voice her alicorn OC. To me this would be a way for her to show what some episodes had been like if she was still there.

To show my ideas of MLP What If, I’m writing a top 10 of possible things and events that could have happen in another time line. Like my spinoff series ideas, I’ll be writing each one due to the 500 plus 100 word limit of the possible things that could have happen.

Do you think IDW should continue making more What If stoires?

    Bridlewood’s Strange Name
    By: Grace

We all know that in Generation Five, there are three locations where the ponies have lived. Maretime Bay, Zephyr Heights, and BridleWood. That last name just seems rather strange to me. A bridle is headgear and ropes, you know the reins to control a horse. Why would somepony name it after a term like that? It sounds quite demeaning. This reminds me of something kind of worrisome though. Do you remember when the diamond dogs took Rarity? They forced her to search for gems and they attached her to a bridle and had her haul gems. I'm proposing this. What if at one point in time after Twilight’s rule, the diamond dogs somehow, if they were still in Equestria, came to Bridlewood in search of gems. They had knowledge of unicorns having the ability to use spells to find gems. Bridlewood is full of gems and full of unicorns, the perfect mining town for the diamond dogs. Their next step would’ve been to enslave the unicorns, but maybe they would've given up after some time, due to many of them not being able to cast the spell, or the unicorns just having no magic at all. Perhaps there was even a retaliation, and the unicorns chased the diamond dogs out with force. And after that, the unicorns would’ve named the forest after what happened as a part of their victory.

    Chemist or Model?
    By: Grace

Our first villain for the G5 show series is the purple, fire obsessed alicorn Opaline. While her main focus is using dragon fire to steal all of the magic in Equestria. But one day, if she is reformed, what would she do with her life? In Tell Your Tale episode 31 “Under the Mistytoe” we saw a few flashbacks of Opaline obsessing over dragon fire. In the last one, we saw a chalkboard with writing on it. It was kind of hard to read, but I looked up some of the abbreviations and symbols, to find out that they were indeed real and had to do with fire and the atmosphere. Check it out for yourself, it's actually quite clever of the animators to include that. We’ve seen Opaline with potions. If she were to be reformed, maybe she could be some sort of chemist or alchemist. However, a few position bottles and a science equation is not enough to say this is the path she would take for sure. In Tell Your Tale episode 50 “Opaline Alone” we saw that Opaline loves to put together outfits and strut down the runway in them. She seemed to be well practiced in this, even if it is just a hobby of hers.
