The most significant thing that happened today was the post Royal Wedding hype! It was such a good 2parter that it spawned entire art compilations, remixes, and general celebration just one day later. A crazy time to be a pony fan!

And then the bass canon was born.
2013
Today we had fully absorbed A Canterlot Wedding and the fandom was on FIRE. We had a massive Chrysalis art compilation, multiple remixes, secrets revealed by the staff, and basically nonstop Cady and Chrys stuff.
Some of the best early fandom 3D models appeared from someone named Hashbro, who was of course hit with strikes. Eventually he did some figures for various licensees, including a line for 4DE that never saw the light of day. Sad times.

After many a remix was murdered by Sony, they apparently decided to take a step back and allow those songs to return to Youtube. They also announced a new album!
We also had a bunch of new EG mini figures appear, and Canada started getting in on the "Release episodes early" action!
