Oh if this ain’t a doozy of a topic to write about. Even when finding out they were giving Flash Sentry a music video, all the tropes started running through my head. Should we expect a sappy love song of the pony princess he can’t have, the alternate reality version of said princess not giving a flying feather about him, or a power ballad of teenage angst? But not surprising to say, it’s about him coming out as a brony. I have some strong concerns why every girl this guy wants was once walking on four legs with a horn sticking out of their heads. But it’s not like every pony fan doesn’t have their own waifus and husbandos *ahem* Braeburn *cough, cough*. Sorry guys, getting over a cold. If I was to say this song had a moral, it would be shipping is magic. Or that you have people wishing you the best even without saying a thing and will be there for you when needed. Anyway, on to the music!

For Applejack Day, Kallo Skull paid tribute to our beloved hard-working mare with a western-like piece that explores her wayfarer side! Also as a follow-up to NCMares' artwork, the track is so refreshing as we don't hear this genre and style often in the community, and that was definitely an awesome idea! I absolutely love such a concept and side to Applejack as well, as a fellow explorer myself! Such a wonderful fan work and tribute! We love you Kallo Skull and Applejack!

Perhaps a tad late, I know. Consider this a sort of "nostalgic" look back on the season now that the series has ended. Yeah, let's go with that. It makes the tardiness sound so much more eloquent and intended.This episode followup was written before the series finale aired, so any predictions or guesses I make in my commentary, and what actually takes place in the finale is shear coincidence. I had not watched any leaks, so I was completely in the dark on how anything in this episode might tie in with the finale. But getting to make those predictions and seeing if any come true later on is all the fun!So let's get to confused pones, villainous shenanigans, and old overused memes below the break! -

The next step in Ivory's journey, this epic battle at the Peaks of Peril is represented musically masterfully here by Frozen Night, giving this intense part of his story a progressive experience blending both Orchestral and Electronic elements. The talented Velvet R. Wings contributed with some opera-level vocals that are epic and graceful at the same time, and our beloved musicians definitely did amazing in this collab part of the upcoming concept album dropping November 7th!

It's sort of odd having one of these discussions now that the show is over, but I suppose with a so-called season 10 coming in comic book form and seeing how AJ ended up in the show proper we can certainly talk about that! AJ has probably been the most stable of our ponies throughout the years as she mostly had everything put together by running her farm since the first season with her main troubles being family ones.So, despite this, what would you guys have liked to have seen out of AJ over the series run? Did you care for where she ended up at the end?
