One of the constants in the fandom's music scene is solid house remixes of the show songs from UDSI. He's found a way to do that for one of the more popular songs from the movie too by enlisting the help of Wubcake's lovely vocals. It's got all the classic upbeat and catchy hallmarks of his show remixes, so it's a great time. Check it out below!

People of EQD! We've run into a snag. A tsunami of videos with lengths exceeding attention spans on topics the core here really doesn't have much interest in. I think the title already told you the topic. We don't know what the hell to do with episode reviews.
The talk around the Discord based watercooler here at HQ is that Youtube's algorithm loves them enough anyway where a post on EQD won't do much good anyhow. That's obviously not the best way to do it though. That's the "we've brought on loads of people over the years to filter these things and they always burn out in a week" mindset.
This lead to simply posting all of them in one big pile, and we already know how that went. The post is pretty much ignored. Quality control is one of the reasons why people even bother with most of what we do here on EQD. Posts that ignore that are usually forgotten pretty quick.
Anyway, a survey has been set up so we can hopefully figure out what to do with these.

It looks like the Ultimate Guide Book released in the UK a while back actually already revealed the name of Trixie's dad. Buried within it's pages is the small blurb up above. While Director Big Jim Miller has only hinted at it so far, and the episode itself never made any direct references to Trixie, I think this kinda seals the deal.
Will we ever see this go any further? We've already met her mother via the MLP comics. It's fun to see this finally come full circle, if a little random!

That title alone made me want to write the followup for this episode. Plus, it also vaguely reminded me of an episode from one of my other favorite television shows: King of The Hill.
In this episode we get to see an awesome locale we haven't seen in a little while, Dash attempts that responsibility thing, the older ponies show those youngin's how to really party, and cats. Lot's of cats.

I suppose it can't all be sunshine and rainbows in the media lately for pony. Watch Mojo gathered up it's top 10 most toxic cartoon communities, and put pony in the mix with... pretty much all the other biggest cartoons of the last few years. It never was a channel for accuracy.

Elias Frost has brought FlutterGoth to life as a musical artist, expertly putting many of a dialogue from her episode to some excellent metal music that suits it perfectly. Emo Flutter metal is definitely quite the aesthetic, especially with some additional vocaloid-style backing vocals too. Check it out below!
