While I sit here chuggin' away at Cities Skylines, I can't help but wish Colossal Order would snag the pony license and create us a real Equestria city building game. At this point, the official side of My Little Pony in one of the largest entertainment industries out there has the choice of simple browser flash games or a micro-transaction mega grind on mobile. After four years I feel like we deserve something a bit more robust!
We have done discussion posts on what genre of game you all would like to see pretty recently, but we never delved into companies. I'm sure you all have your loyalties to various developers, be it juggernauts like Blizzard or the plethora of smaller groups out there. Who would you like to see pick up the pony license? Which company could do a Friendship is Magic game right?

Spirit Hoods has been revealing these guys over on their Facebook page periodically, so someone going by the name of Kayla decided to just email them for the set. We got Rainbow Dash and Celestia out of it, along with a release date!
If you find yourself in need of a silly pony hat that isn't that over-done horse mask on Amazon, expect to see these later in May or June. As for other designs, we will just have to wait on those. If we got a Celestia, it wouldn't be too far fetched to see a Luna.

Remember that time when Rainbow Dash was playing Yahtzee with Twilght, and Pinkie Pie stole the dice when she wasn't looking? The look on her face... Good times.
Uhh, anyway, yet another board game is getting the ponification treatment here, this time targeting YAHTZEE. Sadly we don't have an image yet, but you can find it over on Entertainment Eearth with an August 2015 release date.

Card.com now has officially licensed prepaid debit cards with ponies on them. At the moment, only the oldschool vectors are available, including season one Luna as her only showing for the set. Hasbro needs to unlock that at some point! I wonder why we always see everyone start with these? Maybe we will see more designs over time? I almost switched over to another bank when I found out BOFA doesn't do custom ones. I wanted a Trixie debit card for the longest time...

A mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee is running a launch event for the two new princess plushies releasing on the 20th of this month. There hasn't been any official announcement on the Build-A-Bear website, but there is a good chance similar things will be happening at other stores. To go along with that, we also have some better images of the two of them clothed for the announcement (above). I'm liking Luna a lot here, but I might be biased.
