Last weekend, those of you who attended the very wet—but from the sounds of it very fun—Nightmare Nights Dallas had a chance to get to know IDW MLP Artist Jenn Blake. Well, now it's the readers of Equestria Daily turn to get to know the new addition to the comic staff!
Jenn is only one of a handful of IDW MLP Comic Staff who I haven't had a chance to meet in person yet. And what Jenn has revealed in the interview below—not to mention her bubbling personality showcased on her Twitter account—has me really looking forward to meeting her in person one day.

Every year we do this pumpkin event, and every year I am beyond amazed at what people send. I've attempted carving a pumpkin before, and failed horribly, to the point of going from a Trixie to a blob with a wizard hat. This isn't easy.

Some good news for all those going to Hearth's Warming Con over in The Netherlands this February. They have just announced show writer and wingman M.A. Larson will be flying over to Europe for the convention.

M.A. Larson is coming to Hearth’s Warming Con!
We promised a big announcement yesterday, and today we deliver. We have the pleasure to announce the one and only M.A. Larson as our guest of honour at Hearth's Warming Con 2016!In case you do not know who Mr. Larson is, allow us to quickly bring you up to speed. Mr. Larson has been involved with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from the very beginning. Already working together with Lauren Faust on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, he rolled into MLP:FiM after Lauren Faust convinced him of the character designs during one of the early show pitches. By now, Mr. Larson is one of the main script writers and authors for the series. He has worked on several season premiere and finale episodes, such as 'The Return of Harmony', 'Magical Mystery Cure' and 'The Cutie Map'. Many fans consider him the best writer on the show. A lot of fan favourite episodes, such as 'Luna Eclipsed', 'Sonic Rainboom' and 'The Cutie mark Chronicles' are by his hands.
Having visited My Little Pony conventions around the globe, M.A. Larson is a convention regular who enjoys getting in touch with the fans. Not only does he make his panels very interactive, he can often be found hanging out with the fans off stage. Seeing as this resonates very well with the cozy Hearth's Warming con spirit, we are very excited Mr. Larson will cross the Atlantic ocean to visit the Netherlands for our convention. At Hearth's Warming Con, Mr. Larson will join the panel about script- and screen writing. He'll be there for the whole weekend, and with multiple autograph sessions, there is plenty of opportunity to get your merchandise signed. More about the events with Mr. Larson will be announced at a later time.

Each season, we tend to get an official "poster" covering all of the different ponies introduced or included in their block of specific episodes. For whatever reason, season 3 never had one to call it's own. We got a fan interpretation to hold us over, but nothing official.
Amazingly enough, buried within the German Disney Channel site, there actually was a poster celebrating all things season 3!

We've been sitting on this one for awhile actually since the artist sent it in shortly after Scare Master leaked. To avoid spoilers we've been holding on to this cutie for weeks now! With the episode now finally out we can show her off.
The fuzz on the mane and legs is a nice touch, but I'm most impressed by the tail! I don't think I've seen a braid on a pony plush in a long time. Excellent work!

A Russian company called Confitrade has a new lineup of pony figures heading out to stores. From the box back up above, it's looking like the mane 6, Spike, and Luna are all included. These are probably the most unique models we have seen yet for 3D ponies. Color me slightly jealous of Russia!
