After a very long hiatus Panel Play has returned to finally say good bye. For you new pony folk, Panel Play was a long running comic series done by the artist Solar Slash/Soapie Solar featuring Pinkie doing all sorts of 4th wall breaking shenanigans. It looks like FlamingoRich has pulled the plug on Double Rainboom. As a school project, it's life span was limited as is. His new focus will be the True Tail project with Skynamic Studios. I'm sure there are loads of ways to still grab yourself a copy of Double Rainboom for the sake of pony history. Controversial use of memes aside, it was still pretty impressive for a episode length fan animation.

While not the most amazing thing we've put up on the site I was quite taken aback by its originality. I don't think I have seen a stop motion paper pony animation before and that deserves some attention I think!
Give some feedback and encouragement if you can! This might be one of the next really cool pony trends to take off.

SO MUCH PARTY.
Followups so far this season have been a bit light on the background "just in case you missed it" elements that these were originally intended for, not because we stopped mentioning them, but because there haven't been a whole lot of instances where they could actually happen. This episode makes up for it! We had entire scenes filled with "THAT'S TOTALLY X DOING X WITH X OMG". Perfect.
This is also the second fully musical episode, and one of the few that gave me some real life feels. Needless to say, I loved it. I've already watched it a few times.
Anyway, I'm ending the blabbering. There are 55something images below for that. NOW GO.
