We have a bit of news from the Enterplay Facebook page, starting with a list of all 9 promos from series two. Most of these have already been revealed, but a few are new for those curious about what they might be missing.
And in other news, a picture of the booster pack for the collectable card game has also been revealed. It looks to be about what you'd expect from a game pack, with 12 cards in each. Pre-orders for the playmats have been tossed up over on their online store to go with these.

Winter Wrap Up Winter Wrap Up! How many of you had that song stuck in your head for months? I know I did. Even leaked 2 weeks early, this episode had a huge impact on the fandom. The amount of people repeating this thing on their iPods was staggering. Derpy gained the side name of "Ditzy Doo", primarily due to a note on Lauren Faust's deviant art, as well as her mention in the episode itself. I don't see that name often these days, but back then there was some pretty heated debate on what to call her.
The episode itself helped set a foundation for the world of Equestria explaining the way seasons work, along with some backstory on the Earth Ponies founding of Ponyville. We finally put to rest the piles of rumors surrounding Twilight's lack of magic in the leak, and screwing up spells was further cemented into her overall canon.
But what was the most important thing about Winter Wrap Up? What did absolutely everyone take away from one of the most loved early episodes?
Ponies really do look good in saddles.

I love opening up an email and finding something like this. The editing, the custom animations, the Chancellor Pudding head, the gaming references... this is a video that just keeps on delivering. It looks like Hot Topic ran out of stock on Vinyl Scratch. Loads of people are forwarding emails over to the submit box stating that the DJ portion of their order is no longer available. I haven't received anything about the Octavia side of it yet though. As someone who grabbed them second they went up, I'm wondering if there was a derp of some kind? The amount of emails flooding the inbox is pointing toward this being a widespread issue. Have any of you had any luck with no receiving a cancellation notice?
And thanks to everyone that sent something in! This helps us paint a pretty good picture on what is going on. Hopefully Octavia doesn't join her by the end of the day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. -
Man, high school. Back when I was a sophomore, there was this one googly-lookin' guy with one working eye and a penchant for really short shorts who was friends with... everyone. As I was the new kid in town, I couldn't understand why he made all the girls laugh while I sat out on the front steps of the school, eating my lowest-bidder lunchtime chicken nuggets alone.We're now really good friends.Somehow, I doubt things'll work out the same way in this latest arc offering from the dream team of Cook, Price, and Breckel, so hit the break for a spoiler-heavy followup of all the nifty things that happened in Issue #11. -

Look at poor Twilight up there. She didn't expect that giant 500 comment storm that was spawned yesterday. You guys are so harsh sometimes. Poor pony.
Bobby Curnow has clarified things a bit in regards to Twilight's wing addition in the comic starting at #13. Some of the interesting points to take away from his forum post:
- An earlier note pointed out that they would wait to see how she acts in season 4 before giving her wings in the comics. They have access to the scripts, and have come to the conclusion that shes still the same Twilight, and treated the same way, just with wings.
- The dynamic of the characters is still the same. Twilight doesn't get special treatment as an alicorn princess in comparison to her friends. They remain as equal as they always have been.
- The quality of the book will remain the same as it always has, (or improve if the recent arcs are any indication, these things just keep getting better.)
