As for the contest, once again you all have flooded my inbox with all sorts of content and I couldn't be more proud of you all. This week I received 168 entries bringing our total to 421 entries as our third week draws to a close! Push to the finish you guys, I know you can do it!

So many entries, hope I can finish this comic on time! Mainstream media may look down on us, but this fandom is the greatest thing to have ever happened. I have never seen so much talent and dedication on one subject, and possibly the kindest fandom out there.

I'm perfectly fine with that, but the coloring was done digitally.

Anon Entry's black and pink three page Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie comic. Funny and so well drawn!
Julian95: Insane Twilight. The purple bubble, the ripples on the floor, and free-floating Twilight. Excellent.
Limearts: Friendship is Paradise. These look like they're anodized aluminum! They would make beautiful earings.
Uc77: Friendshine Spark. Bold! With a progression of expressions following an organic curve. It looks very manga to me.
Primogenitor34: Pinkie Pie With Luffy's Hat. I think she's channeling Hunter S. Thompson.
WaningLight: Lost Octavia. It's like Folon drew a portrait of Octavia!
HereticofDune: Pinkie Pie Breaks the 4th Wall. I see why you dropped your pencil. You're going to need a new drawing board as well as paper to replace that which Pinkie demolished.

ReplyDeleteNo problem. I will be sending that one in (more touch ups), but I was under the impression that photoshopped color made it a 'digital' image. While I've seen some amazing artists who can color pencil like that, I am nowhere near that good.
