The ponies are pipecleanered, and the Mare Do Well is born! The fandom wasn't too thrilled with this one, but a lot of fan art spawned of the characters wearing the costume at least.
2012
In Japan, Doujins are fan comics for various major IP's. Today someone released a pony one, and of course it was translated.
Not much happened, so have an editorial for these two!
2014
The MLP manga was amazing. The scene in this post in particular made meme waves around the fandom.
2015
Twilight Sparkle's Secret Shipfic Folder's team closed their doors today. I still see people play this at conventions and on Tabletop Simulator to this day! It's a pretty fun game.
2016
Brutalweather dropped an amazing animation today. And we had a fun moony song from Princewhatever, with the Baby Flurry Heart's scrapbook entering the Nightmare Night world.
2017
Shadow Play aired today. We also had some Totally Legit, and the amazing fan animation Luna's Determination!
2018
The Best Gift Ever released today, bringing us deerpones and a fun little story about present sharing for the holidays.
