Apparently the Ballooon pony has no name despite having such a prominent role in the background of the movie. What will we be naming him fandom? He had an even more epic journey than the mane 5!
Yesterday's horse ended up with Beetdrop. Feel free to vote and suggest ideas for her in the comments of her post, or any of the ponies at the Name This Pony tag. I think we are pretty much exhausted on characters that aren't blurry little 10 pixel images, so expect a final tally soon.
A short interview has been posted over on Facebook starring the director behind My Little Pony: A New Generation, José L. Ucha. In it he answers a few questions about the characters, how he'd describe the movie, and a little more. It's only two minutes long, but it's neat to see the faces behind the movie that ended up such being a huge success!

And now we come to the grand slam finale of this 3 part special with Mirror Magic, where all canon and theories burn and new theories emerge from the ashes because this was a ride of a special. I remember watching it for the first time and seeing the title card and thought “ok something going on with Juniper and I guess she’s back for vengeance. I didn’t expect fully what I got. If I were to put a moral to this special, it would be that life is too short to worry about fame and popularity and vengeance. Either than or be sure to not mess up the fabric of time and space because of a cute face.
It has been a while since we saw some pony sneak into the world of other cartoons, but there are apparently still a few fans out there hiding their favorite characters in the backgrounds of things! Netflix's conspiracy filled "Inside Job" dropped a Rarity off, with a more G1 style, along with possibly a Pinkie Pie as well, though the mane doesn't match as closely. This happens on the 5th episode of the series.
