We've got a bunch of merchandise hitting shelves at Walmart. They've been slowly introducing G5 items over the past week and a half, but this seems like the full-release cycle a lot of people have been waiting for.
Included in this round are plushies, that styling head up there, playsets, single figures, and more. Some are even things we haven't posted at all yet. I'll pop all of the images below! Unfortunately it doesn't look like they've listed all of these on the site yet, so you will just have to visit the stores in person to see what your local branch has.
It’s summertime and that means getting some form of the party started and for that, we need some good music options. I’m at that age where the music I grew up with is too old to be retro so maybe some interesting dubstep options is more in favor. If there was a moral to this short, it would be to understand every form of music even if it’s not to your taste. The Kirin never got any Hasbro love, and came long after the 3rd party licencees were doing background and side characters. This is the most unfortunate thing over the last decade. Nothing quite compares to having 0 official Kirin merch.

Queen Haven wins! I wonder how she will be portrayed in the movie? Usually anything with "Queen" is going to have some kind of evil streak in her, but they did have a Queen in the last movie that was totally normal, so maybe Hasbro is shattering the Disney stereotype?

For anypony eager to instruct themselves about some parts and musicians from the history of the pony music scene, Rock Fox just launched a series of podcasts named Brony Music History on his channel! The first episode is already up and features an interview with Itchigotchi! For those who didn't know, Rock Fox has been very active with his shows on PonyvilleFM called The Full Spectrum, and always with much pony-ness in the visuals on YouTube which is so adorable! History is ever so important, and I'm hoping every past part of the scene could get covered eventually, for everypony to learn about!
