Apparently this is a thing now. For anyone not paying attention to Twitch and Youtube livestream stuff, there has been a surge of people using anime girl rigs for their streaming as opposed to video of themselves. This has absolutely exploded, with channels taking in millions of subscribers across both platforms.
A Girl named Snuffy that usually uses an anime girl crossed with a racoon decided to mess with her audience using a pony avatar instead for April fools. Turns out, the model was super cute. Apparently these are being commissioned out by Techy Cutie, who has her own adorable pony model that she streams with occasionally.
