A very pleasant surprise, this creative take on the classic and very special Smile Song is quite emotional and definitely a favorite of mine. Sampling Pinkie's vocals and placing them so up front while playing with them with different effects all throughout the track, Nyancat380 also showcases such a neat sound design, and an incredibly powerful bassline that just makes for so much emotion along the Pinkie vocals, especially in the last part from 2:37 to the end. An unexpected gem, and I hope that you will like it as much as I did!

While we heard bits of info about it here and there last month, Irish animation studio Boulder Media recently confirmed that they are the ones who produced the upcoming "My Little Pony: Rainbow Roadtrip" special. While most Friendship is Magic and Equestria Girls content so far was produced by the Canadian animation studio DHX Media, it seems that Hasbro is moving several of their projects to the Irish animation studio.
This is not the first time Boulder Media has produced pony related content. In the past they have produced the so called "Canterlot Shorts" part of the Equestria Girls: Summertime Shorts online series.
The "My Little Pony: Rainbow Roadtrip" special is to be aired on Discovery Family on June 29th.
