Looks like a healthy does of fandom pandering is what won this one! Personally I like them both, but episode 100 definitely wins in my book. Everything about it had me talking about pone for a month afterward.

From the freshly released Ponies At Dawn compilation album Skyward, Blackened Blue's Metal treat certainly brings much character depth. Themed around Twilight learning to face her inner demons on her own and expressing all that with the intensity and brutal honesty of the genre, the song does wonders to pay tribute to our beloved princess and to leave a meaningful message too. The screaming vocals singing those very pony lyrics are to die for, and the aggressive yet very refined guitar riffs all throughout are a bliss, to savor without moderation!
