ANOTHER Forgotten Friendship Promo Appears! (#5)

I guess that promo earlier wasn't enough for the flood. The 5th promo for this month's Equestria Girls movie "Forgotten Friendship" has arrived. It's a hybrid between EG, Cake Boss, and Discovery Family's February pony Valentines event, but has quite a bit of new stuff we haven't seen yet from the movie.

PINKIE PIE HAS SEEN SOME SH...Stuff

Sometimes I wish we still had swear words here on EQD. A new Easter chocolate Pinkie Pie has been spotted in stores. As you can probably tell, she's a little bit... bug eyed. I'm hoping for a Fluttershy one for maximum wut. For whatever reason this expression on Ponk doesn't feel that far off.

"Pony Tale Adventures" Dating Sim - Art Process Explained

The newest pony dating sim on the block has started making waves around the fandom, and quite a few people were wondering about the assets being used to draw our favorite little cartoon horses. Spookitty has slapped up a post going over the process of creating the base for the models that will be used throughout the visual novel, taking inspiration from the My Little Pony Movie style but adding a unique flare to it.

With that base, the team has created a boatload of expressions that can be plugged in and reworked to make it easier to bust out ponies in various attitudes. Manes, tails, and poses become the main artistic workload once things are streamlined like this.

My Relatable Pony: Rarity

Greetings once more. We find ourselves only on the first week of February and it already feels like a roller-coaster ride for the fandom this year. I propose we slow down and take some time to appreciate the reliability of one of the most elegant ponies today.

Rarity; so enamored with her appearance she can quickly be written off as shallow, but this admirable mare exemplifies more than just a thick layer of make-up. Rarity turned hard work into an art, performing effortlessly to provide a generous display of time, love and couture. She takes her friendships just as seriously, striving to be unparalleled in her selflessness.
