Haymaker's vocals are perfectly suited to this kind of music, so it's great to hear more of it from him. His low vocals are exceptional as he sings about the virtues of having such great friends, with a super catchy chorus especially. There's also some extra guitar work done by his friend Penny, and the guitar solo definitely adds to the track as well. Check it out below!

Anyways, Dynamite Entertainment and Hallmark Cards announced back at SDCC that Rainbow Brite would be returning this year in a brand new comic book series! That series comes out next week (right before New York Comic-Con) in comic shops everywhere.
Since this series seems like something our readers might enjoy—see first sentence of this review—Equestria Daily has received an advanced review copy.

After a more melodic influence in his last release, this new tune from Strach goes much heavier. With some fun vocal samples about the perils of horse tranquilizer and a well-timed Chrysalis laugh leading into the drops, the bass takes over with some terrific sound design and arrangement. Luck Rock's been improving a lot, and this is definitely one of his most ambitious tracks yet. Featuring some fun crowd vocals from a whole bunch of local friends of his, the track is all about Trixie's show stopping abilities. iTunes has released their preview for the upcoming 71st My Little Pony comic we revealed a few months ago. This one centers around the student 6 celebrating Nightmare Nights, and includes that awesome cover up above with witchy ponies. Because Witchy ponies are the greatest. Next to Kirin and bats.

We have a ton of artists in the fandom, with some focusing on keeping it show accurate and others going way off the rails. Possumface finds a comfortable medium, with a bunch more adorably chubby pony form and super smooth shading that really sets her apart from everyone else.
You've probably seen her OC's posted all over the place here on EQD, since a lot of her art is dedicated to Stormy Sea and Parlay. They've become relatively famous with interesting backstories and tons of awesome art.

Another track from MC-Arch's new album If I Ever Forget, this track is a lot more focused on singing rather than rapping like most of the other tracks on the album. There's a solid chill trap-y instrumental which delivers the right vibes, and a nice combo of catchy chorus and solid rapping through the middle. Check it out below!

Following yesterday's statement about the drama that has been going on for the last week involving Everfree Northwest's leadership, the VP of their parent company who was the center at all of it has released a public apology.
It sounds like quite a bit will be changing behind the scenes to make sure something like this never happens again, and they want to re-assure everyone that anyone involved in the twitter war will not be banned or blocked from attending in any way.
