BronyCon has yet another guest for their July event! Lena Hall, the voice of Coloratura, will be hitting it up! Head on down below the break for the infos.

TONY AWARD WINNER LENA HALL BRIGHTENS THE STAGE IN BALTIMORE

(BALTIMORE) - BronyCon has had many landmark moments during the last six years, with incredible guests and attendees who come from every corner of the globe. Today, we’re happy to announce a brand new face is joining us for 2018 as we welcome the incredibly talented Lena Hall to Baltimore this July 27-29!

Hall is most well known for her work in theatre both off and on Broadway. Her experience includes a Tony-winning Broadway run in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” and a tour through North America with Josh Groban on his “Stages” tour. She portrayed the dual starring roles of both Hedwig and Yitzhak in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

In her 2014 Tony Award acceptance speech for “Best Featured Actress in a Musical,” Hall shot herself into the eyes of many “MLP” fans. After thanking her family, friends, the Broadway community and countless others for helping her in her journey she ended with the phrase “friendship is magic.”

Hall learned all about the magic of friendship as the voice of Coloratura in the “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” episode "The Mane Attraction" in 2015. In the episode, Coloratura reunites with her fillyhood friend Applejack for a charity concert and learns to be true to herself and not what others want her to be. Hall’s performance in the episode included the three songs, “Equestria, The Land I Love,” “The Spectacle,” and “The Magic Inside” - the latter of which was released as a teaser storyboard animatic at the 2015 San Diego Comic Con.
