Another Target 3D Pony Commercial Released

Target has released another one of their holiday commercials with Pinkie Pie playing a larger role than the last few. Apparently the theme here "Millenial Pink" according to Barbie. That is a thing.

BlueBrony always makes awesome unique interpretations of recent episodes, and this one about Pharynx is excellently done. A bit of 90's style rapping with a funky beat helps tell a humorous story from the changeling's perspective and the vocals are just the right amount of cheesy throughout, with some clever lyrics too. Check it out below for a fun time!

Littman Jewelers Adds a Pony Section

A bunch of pony based jewelry has been added over at Littmans. Only Rainbow and Twilight are available right now, but they have Pinkie in the banner, so maybe she will be added eventually too?

They are pretty pricey, but appear to be made in actual sterling silver. Having no background at all in the jewel trade, I have no idea if $40 for sterling silver earrings is a good deal or not. Apparently they are on sale down from $80, but if it's like anything else on the internet there is a good chance the $40 reduction is just marketing.

Comic Shop Owner Citing MLP For One of the Reasons He's Still in Business

The owner of a comic shop called Rodman Comics has popped up a piece over on Bleedingcool dedicated to how thankful he is that he;s still truckin' in an era where many a major player in the brick and mortar game is closing up shop. One particular brand he thanks for his continued success is My Little Pony. Apparently the fans that have signed up for releases of the comic series are some of the most consistent readers out there. Of all the titles he carries, it was the most steady seller of 2017.

Considering how many of us stick to digital, it's a good sign that the physical versions are still rockin it in regular oldschool stores.
