Following on from Midnight Lament, Aurelleah has put together another stunning orchestral composition featuring two singers representing Celestia and Luna. The composition is superb, the mixing is terrific, and the vocals themselves are performed wonderfully. Definitely one of his best works yet - make sure to check it out below!

In a bit of minor news for the movie we finally have a rating for the film! According to Film Ratings.com the movie will have a PG rating due to Mild Action. Sounds like things are a bit more intense than your standard pony episode!

Hey guys! Some days ago I told you all about a charity Livestream friends of mine were putting on to help me with recent problems my family has had concerning our corgi, Arthur. We had a great turnout and to show my appreciation for all the artists that helped out (and to show in general that charity Livestreams are pretty awesome) I wanted to share what people got in return for their contributions.

The movie toy flood continues with another set of merchandise hitting stores and already available. K-Mart has listed a bunch of "Slying" sea pony toys, with giant brushable manes, Walmart has revealed another pirate exclusive of Rainbow Dash, this time with a flipping version, and Big Bad Toy Store dropped stock images of the Twilight Sparkle Carriage Set from Toy Fair.

Vylet's Mystic Acoustics releases continue with this incredible dubstep track featuring some help from OMNI. Probably one of the most mainstream-sounding tracks from the album, this piece nonetheless still has a bit of an orchestral flair in the break. For the most part however, it's full of heavy, powerful wubs that are arranged brilliantly. Check it out below!

Another one joining the Stormy Road from earlier is the new "look and Find" book that released a few days ago, with some incredibly well done art throughout. The Amazon listing was completely sparse without any real good views on what was inside. This preview covers the Seapony world, with lots of interesting backgrounders we haven't seen before.

Looks like besides the images that Seth posted about last night the official MLP site has added a bunch of new stuff (at least to my knowledge)! They've added in a whole page filled with MLP music for your listening pleasure, added in a large preview of the Equestria Girls book 'Through the Mirror' as well as a big 30 page preview of 'The Stormy Road to Canterlot' which details Tempest's backstory.
The page also has the character bios we posted some time back but had to take down. Now that they are on the official site it's probably safe to report on them again.

A Stormy Road to Canterlot revealed a few months ago (details here) officially releases tomorrow, and Hasbro has popped up a massive preview of the first 34 pages. It's also up on Amazon now, with digital and hardcover versions as options.

Good evening once again my friends! As the ATG continues, the ponies proceed to pile up and tonight was no exception. I'm happy to see the creativity of the artists participating this year is as great as ever as I noticed many of you had fun interpreting the prompt in a variety of awesome ways.
That's the not the only thing I've noticed as I go through these pictures every night. For many pictures I take the time to read the description paired up with it and I can't help but find myself smiling. "This is my first time drawing a pony", "I've been out of practice for awhile, it's good to draw again", "I think I've improved over last year", "I'm having fun doing these prompts". All of these descriptions and so many more embody the essence of the training grounds: to improve, to try something you've never done before, to come back to something you enjoy, and, most importantly, to have fun!
Anyhow, down to brass tacks guys! Tonight we managed to accumulate an additional 207 ponies bringing us up to 676 ponies total. Keep up the excellent work everyone!
As for tonight's prompt we are going to see about giving you the opportunity to work on your expressions (if you haven't already) now that you've got your pony bodies moving. Expressions can be key to setting the emotional tone of a piece so I think it's good practice, for new artists and old. Thus, for tonight, I would like you all to Draw an emotional pony / Draw a pony fit to burst.
