Some deep and dark experiences here from the recently released Lycan Dese Beats album! First up Tripon (formerly Trixent) swaps his usual neurofunk fare for some deep, old-school dub-style beats that absolutely fit Maud's aesthetic. There's plenty of incredible minimalist bass design throughout, and the percussion is perfect. In the second spot, SDreamExplorerS has given electronic music a try, and despite normally producing metal, he's done a pretty good job with drum & bass too! Strong melodies combine with solid neuro basslines to make a super cool experience with plenty of energy. Check them both out below the break!

Plushie maker Legadema over on Deviant Art has busted out two awesome new plushies for upcoming characters. The Egyptian pony is from the official comic, with a show appearance planned too, and you probably already know about Songbird. Currently the Egyptian pony is for sale via DA Messages.

Build-a-bear has a few bits of news flooding the internet today. The biggest of which is the announcement of another lineup of pony plushies scheduled for later this year. Unfortunately no information is available on that one yet, but with the movie I'm sure it will tie into that somehow.
And to get people hyped up, at least over in Europe, they are running a Friendship Palooza event. People can go in, buy a plushie, play some games, grab a coloring sheet, and get a free blindbag pony. The event happens this weekend, and you can find a store near you over here. Remix time! There's been a lot of remixes of the spectacle, but this one from fractilx/アイスベア is especially hardcore! Featuring terrific use of the vocals throughout the piece, plenty of energy and some awesome freeform synthwork, there's plenty to keep you engaged throughout the track. The original totally suits this style and it shows well. The second remix is Einarx's reinterpretation of DJT's song Breathing Space with vocalist Rusyd Rosman. Especially cool is the use of vocals as the main synth melody in the first drop, which sounds super awesome, and otherwise the track is full of heavy dubstep-influenced electro goodness. Equestria Girls apparently has plans all the way out until April of 2018 if this new book listing is any indication. A 10th installment in the chapterbook series has been announced by Hachette. It doesn't have a title or any real information yet other than it's release date and page count, so all we can do is speculate on what it will tie into.

While the Guardians of Harmony lineup is about to be flooded with pirate ponies in that higher-end style, the brushable side isn't going to be slacking on the concept either. A set of all 6 mane 6 ponies in pirate accessories has been spotted on the Chinese website Taobao. Usually when something ends up there, it takes a few months to head elsewhere.
Hopefully we see these and the GoH versions hit Walmart soon!

Starting on July 30th, the seemingly entire first party My Little Pony Movie lineup will be dropping at Toys R' Us and Target. This includes pretty much all of the brushables, the giant animatronic Twilight Sparkle robot, Games, Seaponies, and more. The boxes specifically say they are for the 30th, but a few are already hitting shelves.
