Earlier this week, the brand new comic series My Little Pony: Legends of Magic launched at comic book shops everywhere!
Equestria Daily had the chance to sit down and interview Jeremy Whitley and Brenda Hickey--the writer and artist respectively for the series--to find out how they wound up on the series, what it's like to launch not just one but two different MY LITTLE PONY comic book series, and most importantly of all some hints about you can expect to find about the series later on down the line.

Less than a week to go folks before the final issue of My Little Pony: Friends Forever is released. Wow. This book lasted a little over three years. In a comic market where most books don't even make it past six issues, this is no small feat.

The next edition of the My Little Pony magazine has released over in Europe with the expected Spike figure. These are the ones with the mini comics, this time dedicated to Twilight's #1 apprentice. Along with this, we have an image of next months included figure; a Rarity with sunglasses.

Now this is a sudden development! According to TV Guide's Twitter apparently Patton Oswalt is returning next season and considering the new scene in the recent Discovery Family countdown maybe there is something to that.
Lest it is a mistake on TV Guide's part we can probably expect some more Quibble Pants this season! Awesome!

With one day remaining to the big premiere, Discovery has released what I would imagine to be the last countdown video! Things are really getting exciting, aren't they? While I might not be slowly losing my mind like Seth I do look forward to tomorrow and I hope you all are too!

Blue Note, who makes up one half of A Symphony Of Two, has put together something of a masterpiece here! Running in at almost half an hour long, with 5 sequential movements, this symphony ebbs and flows in a mesmerising manner. It's definitely not the kind of thing we see released very often in the fandom, but it's evident a lot of work has been put into it, and it's lovely to see people still have the energy for passion projects such as this. I think it would be a bit hard to attempt to describe it too much due to its length, so the best thing to do is to just give it a listen below the break!

The yearly My Little Pony Annual has a listing over on the UK version of Amazon. For those that don't follow this series, it's a big book of all things pony that releases each year for collectors and general pony fans alike. Expect 64 pages packed with everything from movie based games and posters, to general pony stuff.
