Time for some more chilled out electronic music! First up we have a liquid drum & bass remix of Kadenza's track Zen from #RoomVR. The original was pretty upbeat, as most of Kadenza's tracks tend to be, so it was definitely nice to hear such a drastic change in tempo and the percussion is pretty great in combination with the synths here. The second track is a new trance tune from chill musician ertrii. With some strong piano and the classic rolling synths endemic to the trance genre, this is gives exactly what it promises, with a pretty journey-like atmosphere taking you on an adventure. AJ has a good point: it probably is harder than it looks. Considering it takes machines in our world to shake a tree fast enough for fruit or nuts to fall from their branches AJ must know some secret technique.

A couple of pretty different tracks here in this slot. First up Hydra delivers an eclectic remix of Del Rom's beautiful piece Ignition. Most notably utilising the vocal chops from the original to great effect, the first drop is quite minimal and gritty, whilst the second one is a lot more melodic. The second track is an impressive piece of work from Ataraxia and Intersekt combining electronic elements with orchestral ones, most notably some powerful drums that help to add emphasis to the vocals provided by Ink Sparks. Fifty issues of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. That is absolutely incredible to think about. Four years ago I made a vow to collect every single comic cover in what I had initially assumed was going to be a very short lived series.
Fifty-one months later and boy was I proven wrong!
To celebrate, IDW My Little Pony Comic Editor Bobby Curnow was kind enough to sit down and discuss what it means to have hit such an incredible milestone. We also take a moment to reflect on some of what's happened to bring the series to this point, and then look towards the future with hints of what's to come later this year!

A couple more remixes here! The first one is from hardcore musician Ryazan, who in keeping with his usual style has taken Einarx's dubstep track Blastershy and turned up the energy. With some great use of the vocal chops from the original, as well as some cool synth and bass sounds this remix definitely puts a cool new spin on it. The second track is a remix of one of LutariFan's older pieces by a new guy called Faulty. Whilst it's similar in style to the original, it revamps it in all the right ways with some clean mixing and terrific bright synths. Make sure to check them both below the break!

I never thought I'd see the day, but dogs can now be dressed up like ponies. Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle costumes are apparently being made by a company called Rubies as revealed on their Instagram page. They say these are already available wholesale as of 2016, but I'm, thinking that might be a typo as this is the first we've seen. Maybe a 2017 summer release instead?
