The Christmas season has apparently already started. I feel like it gets earlier every year. We now have Luna and Rainbow Dash ornaments appearing at Kohls. Each one clocks in a $13 a pop.
It might be a good idea to call in before making the trip considering how random stock at Kohls tends to be.

The new expansion of the official My Little Pony Collectible Card Game has been announced, and it's called High Magic! This set lives up to its name with a big focus on the mysterious magics of Equestria, like Trixie using the Alicorn Amulet, Princess Luna in the world of dreams, the Power Ponies saving the day, Pinkie Pie(s) in the mirror pool, Starlight Glimmer, Tirek, Moondancer, and a whole lot more.
Some of the highlights from High Magic include:
- The Great and Powerful TRIXIE debuts as a Mane Character AND as a Villain
- New "Token" cards
- 3 new Keywords
- 5 new dual-color combinations
- Ultra Rare Power Ponies
"High Magic" Prerelease Events and theme decks are scheduled for November 13th, with booster packs hitting November 20th. You can check out the official announcement on Facebook here, and if you want a High Magic Prerelease in your local store then send the store management to the prerelease sign-ups over here ASAP.

Them's Fightin' Herds is hosting a stream today in celebration of hitting the ~50% mark on their Indiegogo campaign and getting officially Greenlit on Steam!
During the stream they're going to show off some gameplay footage, share a bit about the development process, and give everyone a sneak peek at fighters Oleander the unicorn and Paprika theupside-downllama in their early stages of development.

After boatloads of teases over the past half a year, Maud Pie and Cheese Sandwich have been fully revealed by Funko! I'm guessing these two are next, as opposed to Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon who leaked earlier yesterday.
Fingers crossed we get pre-orders soon! I'm totally scooping up that Maud.

It's been one heck of a journey my friends! Legends of Equestria has been in development for years now and today they are happy to announce the next stage of the popular game: Alpha!
That's right! The game has finally hit alpha officially after being play tested and tweaked thanks to the community. With over 15,000 ponies created to wander around their magical world we can only hope that number will rise as development continues.
In celebration of this feat, the team has created a new alpha trailer for the game which you all can check out after the break!

Ishi Rudell, the director behind the last two Equestria Girls movies, tossed this one up on Twitter. Is it another movie? Or is it the "Legends of the Everfree" project that was included in Hasbro's 2016 Entertainment Plan? Based on release cycles for the last movie, I have a feeling we will find out pretty soon.
