We have once again hit some major Youtube milestones. Joining This Day Aria's 30 million viewcount, a few other videos have joined it in the big leagues. The impressive point here is how recent some of these are.
There has been a pretty big faction of people mumbling about the fandom dying these past few years, but in reality it has shifted. Tons of people out there are still fans of the show, but in a less obsessive way than our 2013 golden age. They come out of hiding for major events.
Now to the milestones!
Starting us off, the very recently posted "Lullaby for a Princess" has already broken the 1 million view mark. Considering it appeared less than a month ago, that's pretty incredible this late on.
Aiming for the big numbers, season 3's "What My Cutie Mark is Telling Me" has shot to a whopping 50,000,000 views, beating even This Day Aria.
And finally, Equestria Girls may still be somewhat controversial in some circles, but there is no doubt that the songs are catchy. Joining the above in the 50 million club, Welcome to the Show also hit that point recently.
There are plenty others out there reaching for the crazy counts. With episodes getting the axe pretty quickly over there, songs seem to be our main way to gauge Youtube view interest. Here's to hoping that keeps growing!

Princess Twilight has really grown on me. Trying to fit into her new role gives her character a lot of new places to go.Anyway guys, because the schedule for these training grounds posts has been a little weird, we're going to try something new in hopes of making it less all over the place. Starting with the next post, the prompts for each week and the compilation of the week before will be in the same post. That way, you have one simple spot to visit each week to receive your prompt and to check out the entries being submitted. These Chinese Knockoff lineup has arrived at the season opener. Starlight Glimmer joins Double Diamond and Party Favor as new knockoff plushies appearing around eBay and other sites. They continue their OC pony brigade too, with a new one in rollerskates.

Look at Applejack. It's almost as if she knows that there's an impending ice cream related disaster in her future. The poor dear. Perhaps she should consider giving that ice cream to all those living apples that will be taking over Ponyville in this issue. It might make her feel better.
Mary Bellamy, the artist for this particular cover variant, tossed up the cover on her Facebook page. With this third cover of hers being as adorable as her previous two, I wonder what an issue drawn by her will look like.
Of course, expect the issue—and this specific cover—to hit comic book store shelves on July 15th!

I think this is the first episode this season we've gotten no previews or anything for! I guess this means we're in for a surprise today, eh? It's an episode for everyone's favorite assistant so Twilight is making sure he is all clean and ready for action!
