Almost three years ago in a fandom far, far away, the Princess of Love was revealed, completely destroying any kind of canon foundation for the land of Equestria and it's dual Moon/Sun rulers. Quite a few fans weren't too pleased at the idea of a new alicorn butting in. "Down with Princess Product Placement!" they'd scream. Our newest cast member had an obvious reason for existing what with toys appearing long before the episodes aired.
Fortunately for her, the big Cadance debut turned out awesome. Canterlot Wedding was one of the most well loved arcs of the series, with Disney level scores, filly Twilight being adorkable, a villain that still tops the charts these days, and a remarkable use of a princess that many weren't expecting much out of.
Fast forward to 2015, and Cadance has gained a massive following. She may not win "best princess" polls, but the fandom has responded with more amazing lovebutt content than should be legal. And so begins a swarm of it for all of you to peruse!
