Starbound Pony Mod - Updated like Crazy!

With the steam sale going on right now, it might be a good time to plug the Starbound pony mod again.  Back when we first posted about it, everything was super basic.  Fast forward to now, and everything from armor to the shape of the ponies themselves has been fixed up and formulated nearly perfectly.  The most recent update was literally a few hours ago, so expect more to come!

Here at EQD, it brings us an endless amount of joy to spotlight the best of the best in both the fandom and official show scenes.  Over the years, it has become harder and harder to surprise us as we dig through hundreds of emails with your submissions a day.  What a joy it was to randomly run into this link while digging through the box earlier today. 

Introducing the "Pony Magic Cartoon Glasses" found over on Entertainment Earth by esteemed submitter Thomas.  Fashion like this would make Rarity quiver in her horseshoes.  We really have hit the pinnacle of official merchandise with this one.  Can you imagine rockin these at a job interview? Garunteed hire. Or traveling around school sportin a pair of Pinkie Pie shades? Most popular kid in school within a week, hands down.

Lifesize 45 Inch Applejack Plushie

How do you like them apples! Wow that line doesn't work in text. Regardless, we have another gigantic plushie for you all to drool over today.  This one clocks in at a whopping 45 inches tall, and includes a giant hat to go along with her.  They even engraved the hooves, color me impressed!

'A Brony Tale' Theater List and Release Date Announced

With the film making its way into a variety of film festivals around the world the time has finally come for A Brony Tale to hit a number of theaters across the country starting July 8th! It looks like it is hitting a wide variety of major cities all across the US and Canada so check after the break for listings and more!

Also, according to Seth we've been getting some flak for not posting this info yet. We were just waiting on an official press release from our friend Ian who is friends with Brent and Ashleigh. It's here so you can calm down now.

Event: PIZZA IS LIFE, PONY IS LIFE

I love me some Pizza, and Ive been too cheap to order any these last few weeks. Clearly this means I need an excuse, and so do you.

Today begins a short weekend long event dedicated to all you pizza lovers out there.  Until Monday, your mission is to order a pizza from any of the places that allow a special request on the order. This includes the big chains like Pizza Hut and Dominoes, but quite a few others allow it if you look during the final phases of checkout, usually under the address section.  In this area, request a pony to be drawn on the box, any pony is fine.
