Fall of the Empire (trailer below the break as a reminder) is on it's way, but Silly Filly Studios has an update up on Tumblr about their pony animation projects as a whole. It sounds like the new Content ID system that Youtube rolled out (to the dismay of let's players and parody makers alike) is having a negative effect on their projects. Apparently some of their videos are being claimed automatically just for having ponies in them, an issue Youtube content creators are having in just about every topic.
They plan to shift into more original content, something quite a few pony animation teams are doing. Go wish them luck over on Youtube! Expect Fall of the Empire some time in the future when it is officially complete.

Imagine hiring Pinkie Pie to shoot your graduation/wedding/skydive/company baseball bowl. Most professional photographers will have two or three camera bodies on them at all times, enough lenses to throw very hard at eight people, and reasonable fees. All Pinkie Pie needs is one camera and her own leaf on your family tree. Resist the urge to negotiate.

Rarity and Fluttershy have been battling it out for the past few days now. I've seen both take the #1 slot multiple times. I didn't want to end it until their little war ended. I think Rarity has a pretty solid lead now.
I'm still voting for Flutterbat though.
