Arabic Dub of At the Gala Leaked
This may seem trivial, but read this story by an Arabic brony why this release of the At the Gala song is quite exciting!
Apparently, the show has been officially frozen in its first season since 2012 in the Middle East. To be more precise, the Arabic dub of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic has been airing the first 25 (and I do mean twenty-five, not twenty-six) episodes in an on-going loop on the Cartoon Network Arabic channel, with no present evidence of it ever seeing newer episodes!
Oh, the channel is very active all right, and it is still airing new shows and new episodes for other shows, but for some reason that has not been the case for My Little Pony since, as I mentioned, 2012! I also mentioned it is only airing the first 25 episodes for some reason, which means the season one finale "The Best Night Ever" never aired on TV for the Arabic dub!
Thankfully, that sort of changed a bit recently. UK distributor Clear Vision recently released their third DVD - "A Pony Party" (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00I0WR71A). Because Clear Vision are releasing these DVDs in the Middle East, they always included the Arabic dub alongside the European French, European Spanish, and Italian dubs. Their third DVD apparently included the episode "The Best Night Ever", released in Arabic in public for the first time!
Someone at the MyLittlePonyAraby YouTube channel (the original Arabic MLP channel) was so excited about this fact that they leaked the Arabic version of the song "At the Gala", which is fair to say is something that was not heard by most people yet!
