• 26/66 Days of Pony - The Best Night Ever

I'm sorry, I forgot everything I was about to write because oh my god look at Rainbow Dash's mane. Brushie brushie.

You know what, no, I'm not sorry. You can argue with me until the cows come home and get turned into delicious steaks, but Dash definitely had the best Gala dress. She may be the epitome of narcissism, more insecure than Java, and honestly just kind of a jerk sometimes, but when you dress her up nicely and put the time into it she can really turn heads. She'll really save your pie, if you know what I mean (if you know what I mean, please tell me, because I don't).

The famed and often-referenced Gala event finally happened. Fritters were sold, ballrooms were destroyed, and donuts were equated to hard liquor. All this marked the end of season one. After this episode aired the first real Rainbow Dash drought began. It may feel like a relatively short time compared to what we're currently going through, but those four months were what many people thought would disperse the newly-formed marshmallow horse enthusiast community. As I'm sure has become apparent with one quick glance at our page view counter, those people were terribly, terribly incorrect. Fan-created content exploded during these intervening months and only fueled the fire leading up towards season two.

You know what else has the colors of fire? Rainbow Dash's mane. It has every color. Just putting that out there.

Be sure to catch Perpetually Nude Ponies: Rarity's Realization after the break.

"What do you mean you don't remember me? We met at the Gala! How the hell do you forget something like that?"
