As the title points out, it looks like the Doctor Whoof and Fluttershy vinyl toys have started appearing in Hot Topic stores around the USA.  The image above was captured in Murray, Utah. 

In other news, it looks like a good majority of people on Twitter have come across an issue of their orders from the Hot Topic website getting stuck in Tennessee.  I too am stuck in the same boat:
