  • PMV: Fluttershy's Lament // PMV: Johnny B. Goode

    by Cereal Velocity

I think I used the other fluffy Atlur pony a few days ago. Here's the other one, and some PMVs to go with it! Sadly none of them are about fluffy ponies, but, what can do you?

    1) Fluttershy's Lament
    2) PMV: Johnny B. Goode

If you want more fluffy ponies, you have to run them through your "cleanse of all foulness" cycle. And then tumble-dry, I assume.

These were both pretty great, and gave much love to under-represented ponies when it comes to music videos.

      1) I usually don't care for these kinds of sound-clip videos, but this one won me over quickly with a good "song" and sheer adorableness.

      2) Really great job of highlighting how awesome Applejack is, set to a classic!

Go Jackie, go. That video was a lot of fun. I like the old film effect, it really added to the video's charm. We would do well to use more classic rock n roll around here.

#2, really liked as good classic song, good scene selections, nice and well used effect for the old movie look for most of it. Not much I can see to improve on that one without getting into making custom animations. The older classic songs need more love too.

#1, Liked the song more than the video, though the autotuning in places stands out a bit much and detracts from it for me.

We got a bluegrass song yesterday and a Johnny B. Goode PMV today?

"IS I IN BRONY HEAVEN?" ='D

Loved it! I liked how Applejack was made to look like the focus of "Celestia's Judgment" in those Lesson Zero clips. Clever!

Not too literal for my tastes, either, and I'm SO glad the original song was used. Integrity points awarded. =D

I've been waiting for the song in #1 to have a PMV for QUITE a while now. To see it get its due is very satisfying indeed. :)

      I don't like #1...
I love that music, but it was originally just a music, without video, and adding the images from where the samples were taken kinda ruins the magic :/

About time we had some early-era rock and roll. Totally favoriting Chuck Berry. Who cares if I'll have it twice.

Although, I'm sure at this point I'll have doubles all up and down my favorite's list which I should purge of removed content.
