This is one of the more interesting Pinkie Origins I've seen. The internal logic is sound, and I can kinda see how this would progress to the previous "how does the cannon work" comic.

The ponies are not nanorobots. However magic that they utilize is based off of nanotech floating around them (which of course isn't visible to the eye).

ReplyDeleteJust when I stopped trying to figure out Pinkie, this comes along. Somehow, this all fits. Why else would Pinkie be so much different than the other ponies. Either that or there's even more to Pinkie than we'll ever know.

ReplyDeleteAlso, if rainbow was supposed to be encoded message, then who the hay is Rainbow Dash?! I won't accept if you tell me that it wasn't her rainbow.
Twilight and Rainbow Dash's abilities are purely genetic. Applejack's comes from character installed through upbringing. Fluttershy got her animal communication powers as a defense mechanism due to sudden immersive exposure to the ground world, and Rarity developed her artistic talents as a reaction to her stolid midwestern upbringing.
