I Tend to throw those one time personality episodes, and judge it by the overall episodes
Pinkie Pie is a hyperactive maniac with that hair which looks like she gets laid every night
In the Spike episode, spike tries desperately to ''keep his job'' when in most of the episodes it shows what a douche he is.
