Here we are... in the month of luuuve. Okay, I don't hold the same reverence for Valentine's Day as others, but I'm not against a celebration of romance. Only problem is that today's comic is dealing with a tragedy that is romantic–not romance.
What's the difference, you ask? Stick around and find out! -
The Student Six were an interesting addition to the end of the show. A School for Friendship just seemed so odd and made the idea of friendship seem so clinical when relationships between individuals are meant to be more organic than that. Still, we did get introduced to a new cast of characters, all with their own quirks and personalities.While they did add a breath of fresh air to the cast, with them being introduced so late in the show, I do have to agree with those who say they could have been utilized better. With a cast that was already pretty large, it was hard to find time for any individual member of the six, let alone the whole group when you still had the main six around, Spike, the CMC as well as Starlight and her adventures too.With what time we did have with them, what sort of character development were you looking for? What episodes would you have liked to have seen?Talk about all of that and more in the comments!

Got to admit, it's sort of funny that Student Six Day would fall on a Monday, the day most of my own students dread as they wake up early and make their way to school. After becoming a teacher, I see the Student Six in a new light and it's fun to watch them from a teacher's perspective which makes me especially happy to introduce their special day this year.If you're new to our appreciation days, they are simply days where we celebrate a specific character or group of characters with posts related to art, music, fanfics, comics, ect that feature them.
