G4 lasted us a little over a decade, with the mane 6 dominating the My Little Pony merchandising space for that entire time. We saw a few offshoots in Equestria Girls and Pony Life, but the overall branding was very much a G4 playground.
G5 is out current world, and so far it seems to be doing well on Youtube. We don't have stats for Netflix, but at least from their top 10 listing the movie itself did really well.
How long do you think G5 will last? Are we going to see a full decade with these new characters with loads of spinoffs and maybe even an Equestria Girls style thing? Or are we going to see it cut short for a G6 in the future? Drop your thoughts below!

A new Rainbow Dash figure has been added to the "Upcoming Releases" page on the Mighty Jaxx website. This rather unusual-looking figure, which apparently has two pairs of eyes, was designed by Spanish illustrator Ricardo Cavolo.
There isn't much other info about this yet, but the website indicates that the product may become available for purchase or pre-order on December 17.
