Someone over on Instagram asked movie artist Celia Kaspar why Pipp ended up with fluffy wings. Apparently it was simply a design choice rather than some special thing only Pipp has. They wanted her to be a fan of 20's style glamorous divas and the big fluffy wings kinda look like a fancy feather boa, similar to the fashion of the time. The exact quote:
"The Initial thought behind that was that Pipp is abig musical fan and has a thing for that glamorous 20's look. The fluffy wings made her look like she had a fancy feather boa :D"

Apparently Hasbro is loving the reaction to My Little Pony: A New Generation, with an infographic showing off it's many achievements over the past month, from that solid Rotten Tomatoes rating to it's rankings on Netflix's top 10 list. If you are a shareholder for the company, their full report can be found over here with all of the technicals. Needless to say, I think we can expect them to double down now that the huge gamble of launching a brand new cast and future Equestria seems to have paid off!

Celia Kaspar has popped up another new concept shot of Zipp over on Instagram, rockin this very red color scheme and a more emo look. She also hints at a ton more to come as her pony folder is apparently huge:

An Italian entertainment site called "MLD Entertainment" has posted up a new promo for the italian market discussing the success and currently planned pipeline for Generation 5 as we move past the movie. One particular paragraph gives exact months for three major 2022 releases in particular, including May for the special, September for the series, and Christmas for a mini-movie which is something we haven't heard anything about until now.
I don't know exactly where they get this information, but it fits the estimated timeline for those first two. A Christmas Special definitely isn't too far fetched for the pony franchise. Have the google translated quote:
Netflix is already working on the next contents that will be available in 2022. In particular, a 44-minute mini-movie is scheduled for May, the first season of the TV series will be launched in September, while another mini-movie is scheduled for Christmas. . All content features the new ponies.
