There are only so many background ponies a team can design before budgets start becoming a pain. There is a very good chance that a few of these characters right here will be characters we will see for the entirety of G5! At least on the pegasus side of things. Some have color schemes similiar to characters we loved for a full decade over on Generation 4.
So, which of these do you think is worthy of fandom adoption? To get the Lyra and Bonbon, Derpy Hooves, or Vinyl and Octavia treatment? Or are we going to need to see them in action before we can justify the flood of fan art and love they will get?

The Favorite Scene open art event submissions are currently being sorted through, but we do have a bunch of regular open art to post too! This week has been pretty crazy with lots of people putting their skills into the ring with the rise of G5 news permeating through the internet.
