This is it! It's here! It's finally here!The one hundredth issue of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is finally here!!!Who would have ever thought, nearly 9 years ago, that a licensed comic book based on a revival of a 80s little girls franchise would have made it to 100 published issues.I'll be honest, back then, I never would have thought the comic would have reached issue 100. I figured 25 issues was a given when it was announced, based on how popular the IP was, and maybe make it a little beyond issue 50.Then the first issue sold over 100,000 copies and went back to print 4 times before the first story arc was done. And a spin off 6 issue microseries was announced and out the door before the third issue was out.As of this issue, there are 206 individual issues of My Little Pony comics released over the course of 9 years and a boatload of ongoing series, mini-series, annuals, and one shots.And with this issue… we've reached the beginning of the end. Ready to go on one last ride? I hope you are.Big adventure's waiting, obviously. Long as we're still here together, we'll be flying happily.
