We just received a presser from Hasbro containing a bunch of promo pictures for the new series. Called Pony Life, the pics give us a better idea of what to expect from the show.
My Little Pony: Pony Life will be airing in 2020 on Discovery Family, and include a toy line. More specifically, the one we've been posting for the last few weeks. Apparently that is what this has been the entire time!
Pony Life looks to be centered around Sugarcube Corner this time, with "Slice of Life" style episodes that kids can relate to being the focus.

So it would appear that the teases we were seeing over the past few days were related to more than just a toy line as EW reports a new series to be released in 2020.
It's interesting to say the least and I'm not quite so sure what to think about it other than it is nice that our VAs are reprising their roles.

Officially kicking off her new Trixie-themed album with this pre-release, Vylet brings the cute vibes and vocals with this tender song that holds much personal depth as well as chara depth toward our beloved proud illusionist. To hear Trixie's voice at the start of the track is adding a lot of emotion as well, and you can bet this new album is gonna be as amazing as always coming from Vylet!

Well if Pencil's cover is anything to go by, it's definitely going to involve Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra and Ocellus. And I cannot wait to find out what it is!
