Discussion: If You Had to Pick a Pony from G4 to Be the Main Character for MLP G5, Who Would it Be?

People prefer the recognizable and comfortable, so to soften the blow of introducing a brand new generation of pony to a judgemental fanbase of cartoon horse fiends, our hypothetical Hasbro exec has popped in once again for your never-ending fountain of goode advice.

He needs you to pick a character to star as the main pony for generation 5, and it needs to be one that already exists.

My Little Pony: Nightmare Knights #5 Released Today! - Download Links, Variants, Discussion!

I'm going to say this right now. Jennifer L. Meyer has to be one of my all time favorite comic cover artists. Her artwork on this series has been incredible, and I seriously hope we see more of her artwork in the future!

Come to think of it, all the comic artists who have worked on Nightmare Knights have been incredible. Case in point, just look at how Brenda Hickey has illustrated Tempest!

As for Tony, some of his best comic work to date is in the final issue of Nightmare Knights!
