Discussion: What Should the Season 9 Theme Be?

We've had seasons with overarching themes for a now, from friendship school to explore Equestria. Each tends to spawn a few specific episodes dedicated to the idea of it.

What do you want to see the 9th focus on? Should we go for a darker final run for horse? Or axe the idea of themes altogether and just run with pure,  season 1 style slice-of-life goodness?
