It seems like Quicksilver had a lot of fun over at BronyCon last weekend, and to celebrate he's released an awesome cover of Best Friends together with a bunch of footage from the event. The vocals from the original are used, and fit into the heavy rock instrumental really well, with plenty of fun guitar play too. Check it out below! -

Ah Equestria, a perfect Utopian society full of magic, fun, and reform. Ever wonder why everypony seems so quick to forgive? The whole society seems to unquestionably agree with the overwhelming level of reform.
So why it is understood that a pony who vandalizes, kidnaps, or creates general mayhem can be arrested, but treason, assault, and world domination can get a pass?

We've got another earlier than US premiere of pony as well today! So much pony! According to the Australian schedule going forward it would appear they will be showing the rest of season 8 earlier than the US so expect some busy Friday's and Saturday's from here on out.
Once again the episode is airing at 8:25 AM AEST which is 3:25 PM PST here.
While we're all waiting for the episode to air, check out the Artist Training Grounds or maybe the huge number of animatics that have appeared over the past couple days.

I already did all the talking in the first post, so just go hit Discovery Family up when it airs this morning or head on below for the parties if you aren't in the USA to do that.
And another warning: This episode has already aired in Australia, so comments will have spoilers. Avoid them if you haven't watched it yet.

Get some popcorn, cause it's time to GLIMMY. The USA release of Season 8 episode 14 has arrived, marking the technical start of the second part of the season for anyone out there that hasn't been paying attention to the Australian releases. It looks like those will be early.
Needless to say, avoid comments until after it airs if you want to keep yourself unspoiled.
In other news, the rest of the season has been teased via animatics. You can find all of those over at our Animatic label.

So many social butterflies, in multiple senses of the word, tonight! Excellent job with drawing multiple ponies everyone. I know it can be tough on such a short time scale, but if you're looking to improve your speed drawing in a limited timespan is something that will certainly help.
Thanks to all of you we received 106 ponies which brings us up to 2006 ponies in total! We've finally hit the 2000 mark everyone. Awesome work!
Now for tonight's prompt we're going to be putting your multiple ponies in a picture drawing skills to the test! As the show has continued on season after season we've slowly been introduced to the families of our favorite characters. While friendship is an important aspect of FiM so is family as quite often the two intertwine.
Thus for today's prompt I have two variations dealing with family: Draw a pony family / Draw a pony leaving the nest.
