Seventh Element's music can get exceptionally deep at times, especially when he forays into combinations of orchestral elements with breakbeat percussion and electronic synths. Everfree Northwest is just around the corner, and so Lycan has released his 4th Lycan Dese Beats compilation album in collaboration with the convention! Featuring 14 excellent tunes from artists like John Kenza, UndreamedPanic, 4EverfreeBrony and NeverLastStanding, there's a great combination of electronic, acoustic and orchestral music, and all the donations towards the album go towards EFNW's charity of choice. That was a close one. Starlight had the lead for a good amount of the poll's lifespan, but Twilight pulled ahead in the end. I'm leaning toward Glimmy personally. Bonus points if she brings Top Trix.

ZOOOOMBIE ponies. Or something. In your minor news for the morning, the upcoming State of Decay 2 apparently has a few pony references in their achievement list. "Friendship is Magic" is earned by working with 5 enclaves until they are allied, and "I Got You a Pony" for delivering a rucksack to a storage facility.

Now lets hope there are actual ponies in there. Remember back in the day when MLP easter eggs were everywhere with actual pony models? Cause I do.

JoinedTheHerd's been back to show remixes recently and this is probably the best of the bunch so far! A super upbeat remix like most of them tend to be, this rendition of One Small Thing makes superb use of the vocals, in both processed and unprocessed ways. It also has some super fun synth design, and some glitch hop influence in the second half. Check it out below!
