The votes have been counted, and your top voted pony songs of February are up now courtesy of the top pony music channel! There's some great variety, and a much better turnout than January. A few electronic and hip hop tracks are interspersed amongst a whole bunch of orchestral, rock and metal, so check it all out below to see what made it!

Some contrasting electronic music here from some awesome producers! First up is a gorgeous chilled out tune from TCB that makes lovely use of Twilight vocal chops, soft pads and percussion to create a soft and enjoyable atmosphere. The other track is full of awesome heavy dubstep sound design from Suskii that has a distinctly bug-y feel to it, definitely nailing the changeling atmosphere. Check them both out below!

You know, I still haven't seen the episode with all the heroes of Equestria in it...I'm hoping once I get a break during the summer I can finally catch up and then catch up with what I will probably miss of season 8 too.

The latest news from the world's largest Toy Store broke this evening. Though if you were looking at the United Kingdom this morning, the writing was more or less on the wall.
Sky News, BBC, and Nintendo Wire all reported that all Toys "R" Us locations in the United Kingdom are to go out of business.
Less than an hour ago… news broke via the Wall Street Journal, which has subsequently been rereported by CNN, that the Company's CEO, David Brandon, informed employees at Toys "R" Us world headquarters om Wayne, New Jersey that the company will cease operations and liquidate all assets.
Toys R Us is also expected to close most if not all of their locations worldwide.
This is the worst case scenario I envisioned happening to the 70 year old company last Saturday.

Equestria Daily will keep everyone informed when the Liquidation Sales are expected to start for the US toy stores. No if you'll excuse me, I need to go reflect on the loss of this iconic toy store.

DJT and R3CTIFIER always produce awesome stuff when they collaborate, though this one's a bit different to their previous collaborations. Featuring some excellent rapping from N. Hollow, this trap tune packs a lot of a punch, with clean and aggressive sound design helping to showcase the desolate nature of the Fallout Equestria world. Check it out below!

Following "The Salty Sails", yet another Equestria Girls Short has been released based on the beach theme from a few days ago. "Blue Crushed" dropped over on "Spectrum on Demand", but has since made it's way to Youtube.

4EverfreeBrony did a collab last year with a bunch of vocalists covering Tombstone's song about Screwloose, and he's put together another one with a bunch of guitarists from the fandom who lend their shredding skills to this awesome song! 4Everfree's vocals still work great with an instrumental that's a bit heavier than normal from him, and the guitar solos from the featured artists are all excellently done. I've said I like the design of MagnaLuna's Luna, but I really like their Celestia as well. Their ponies in general just have some great colors and extra features that add to the original characters I feel.
