Early pony was absolutely jam packed with lore. We have seasons controlled by the citizens of Ponyville, the super-spooky Everfree Forest, and a world that seemed to fall somewhere in the renaissance period when it came to technology. Over time, things that used to be horse-powered have been shifted over to more normal earth style ideas, and even the denizens themselves have gone from largely manipulating everything orally to simply carrying things with hooves.
Is this a bad thing for the show? Do you think there was more character back when stuff was mysterious, harder, and dangerous? Or does throwing a bit of modern technology in there make pony feel more relatable?

Once the aerobatic pride and joy of Stratusburg, he now has to live with the wind taken out of his wings. Oh, she gave it back again, only this time with uplifting words rather than with sneaky gusts. But he still remembers the shameful moment when she'd told him the truth, let him fly alone, and watched as he instantly failed a flip he'd "mastered" years ago.

Sky Runner's drum & bass tunes are always thoroughly enjoyable and impressive to listen to, and this one showcases that superbly with an excellent chilled out atmosphere throughout. The use of vocal chops through the song helps add to the soundscape immensely, alongside the lovely composition and smooth percussion. Check it out below!
